Stobox vs Brickken
The closest comparison on this list. Both serve private companies, both issue permissioned tokens, and both back the same open standard, which Brickken's co-founder wrote. The difference is how much of the raise the platform does for you.

The verdict, up front
Choose Brickken if your counsel has already prepared the offering and you want no-code software to issue and administer a permissioned token, on published monthly plans, from a company that has been through the European Blockchain Regulatory Sandbox and whose co-founder authored ERC-7943.
Choose Stobox if you want the raise and not only the token: readiness scored before you spend, offering documents prepared by in-house specialists, and licensed US broker-dealer routing.

Where Brickken genuinely wins
Standards authorship
ERC-7943 was authored by their co-founder. We back the standard; they wrote it.
A cheap way in
Published monthly plans from €299 with no setup fee, which is a lower floor than a prepared raise.
European regulatory groundwork
Two years inside the European Blockchain Regulatory Sandbox is real work with real regulators.
Where Stobox wins
The raise, not the mint
Brickken gives you the token. Getting to a compliant offering, with documents and a distribution route, is still yours to solve.
Licensed US routing
No US regulated-raise pathway is published on their side.
Fees in dollars, not in a token
Where their whitepaper priced in BKN at spot, our price list is in dollars and does not move with a market.
Every claim in the left column was checked against the sources below on 7 September 2026. A figure without a date is a figure that will be wrong within months, so the ones that move carry theirs.
Questions this raises
Answered plainly.
Does Brickken charge a 3% success fee?
Their whitepaper says so. Their live plans page advertises flat monthly subscriptions with no setup fee and no success fee. The two do not agree, and an earlier version of this page quoted only the whitepaper. Ask them which applies before you sign.
Do they charge in their own token?
The whitepaper prices the tokenization fee in BKN at spot, and the partner marketplace is paid in BKN. The current subscription plans are priced in euro.
Who wrote ERC-7943?
Dario Lo Buglio, a co-founder of Brickken, together with Tino Martinez Molina and Mihai Colceriu. Stobox is a backer of the standard and issues on it. We did not author it.
