STBU · the Stobox token on Base

STBU is the Stobox utility token, moving to one contract on Base.

STBU is the utility token of the Stobox ecosystem, issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd. It carries no ownership of Stobox. Legacy holders burn on their chain and claim the same amount on Base from 15 September 2026, and one public STBU/USDT pool opens on Uniswap v4 between 15 and 18 September.

Utility token · Base · claim opens 15 September 2026 · pool opens 15–18 September 2026 · 92,669,716 outstanding on the legacy contracts today

Not open yet.

The claim opens on 15 September 2026 and the pool between 15 and 18 September. Until then there is no STBU on Base to buy, and anyone offering it is not us.

In short

Four answers, before anything else.

What STBU is, where it lives, how to get it and what it is not. The rest of the page expands on these.

  • 01

    What it is

The utility token of the Stobox ecosystem, issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stobox Technologies Inc. Its home is the STBU portal at stbu.stobox.io, which uses the same login as app.stobox.io.

  • 02

    Which chain

Base. One contract replaces the four legacy contracts on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon and Arbitrum. It is capped at 250,000,000 and mints only through its claim contract.

  • 03

    How to get it

Hold legacy STBU: burn it on its chain before 15 September 2026, then claim the same amount on Base. Don’t hold it: swap USDT for STBU in the public pool on Uniswap v4, which opens between 15 and 18 September 2026.

  • 04

    What it is not

Not equity and not a share of Stobox. The equity is STBX, a regulated security on Arbitrum under its own documents. Today STBU is not linked to any Stobox subscription.

How to get it

One pool, two doors.

STBU trades in a single public pool on Uniswap v4, on Base, against USDT. You reach it through stbu.stobox.io or on Uniswap directly. Your keys stay yours either way.

Five steps, one of them yours.

Legacy STBU moves to Base by burn and claim, one for one, with no bridge. You burn once on the chain you already hold on, then claim.

STBU sits on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon and Arbitrum. Each contract holds part of the supply.

Before 15 Sep 2026

Burn on your origin chain

One transaction on whichever chain holds your tokens: send them to the burn address. The indexer records it. Nothing is sent to Stobox and nobody takes custody. The burn window closes on 15 September at 00:00 UTC.

Claim on Base

The same wallet claims the same amount on the Base contract, at stbu.stobox.io.

15–18 Sep 2026

The pool opens

Stobox seeds one public STBU/USDT pool on Uniswap v4 with STBU from an approved allocation, claimed through the same claim contract as every holder’s. Swapping opens right after. The pool address is published on X and at stbu.stobox.io on the day.

STBU is a utility token and consumer good, not a security, share or investment, and nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell. Nothing on this page is financial, legal or tax advice. The migration is 1:1 to a hard maximum supply of 250M, a cap, not a forecast of circulating supply. Burning is permanent and irreversible. Only ever use stbu.stobox.io; Stobox will never message you first or ask for your seed phrase or private key. Figures are read from the chain and dated. Dates are subject to change. Minted is what each contract issued. Burned is the balance held at the dead and zero addresses, read directly from each contract. Outstanding is the difference, and it is the number the migration has to carry.

The new contract

Deployed, and empty until the claim opens.

The destination contract on Base is live and its address is public. It holds nothing yet, because it mints only through its claim contract, and you can check that yourself.

Straight answers

The questions that decide it.

What is STBU?

STBU is the utility token of the Stobox ecosystem, issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stobox Technologies Inc. It carries no ownership of Stobox. From 15 September 2026 it lives on one contract on Base.

Which blockchain is STBU on?

Base. Legacy STBU sits on four contracts, on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon and Arbitrum. They are replaced by one contract on Base, capped at 250,000,000.

How do I get STBU on Base?

Two ways. If you hold legacy STBU, burn it on its chain before 15 September 2026 and claim the same amount on Base from 15 September at stbu.stobox.io. Otherwise, swap USDT for STBU in the public STBU/USDT pool on Uniswap v4, which opens between 15 and 18 September 2026, on Uniswap directly or through stbu.stobox.io.

When does STBU trading open?

Between 15 and 18 September 2026, right after the pool on Uniswap v4 is created. The claim for legacy holders opens on 15 September 2026. Until then there is no STBU on Base to buy, and anyone offering it is not us.

Where do I find the official addresses?

STBU on Base: 0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd. The claim contract: 0xec5B3e512de13cb5DdFD84B2DF3167230F2e66a4. Both are in the panel on this page with links to Basescan. The pool address is published on the day it opens, on X and at stbu.stobox.io. Use no other source.

I hold legacy STBU. What do I do?

Send it to the burn address on the chain you hold it on, before 15 September. From 15 September the same wallet claims the same amount on Base. If you do nothing, your tokens stay on the legacy contract.

Does Stobox hold my tokens at any point?

No. You burn from your own wallet and claim to your own wallet. The portal is a self-custodial software interface; the pool is a public pool on Uniswap.

Where does the STBU in the pool come from?

From an approved allocation, claimed through the same claim contract that serves holders. It is not a separate mint, and it counts toward the 250,000,000 cap.

Is STBU linked to a Stobox subscription?

No. Today holding STBU does not change the price of any Stobox subscription and does not unlock one.

Is STBU equity in Stobox?

No. STBU is a utility token and carries no ownership of Stobox. STBX is the equity: a regulated security on Arbitrum, a separate instrument under separate rules.

Two ways in

The equity is a different instrument.

STBU is a utility token and carries no ownership. STBX is regulated Class-C equity, live on-chain since 2025, under its own documents.
