STBX
We tokenized our own equity, on the stack we sell.
STBX represents Class-C shares in Stobox Technologies Inc., issued by Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd and running on Stobox Compass. It is a security: eligibility, transfer restrictions and disclosures are part of the asset rather than a policy written next to it.

The contract, and who holds it.
A security token page that does not show its own contract is asking to be taken on trust, which is the opposite of what the product argues. Read from Arbitrum, refreshed daily.

Every figure above is read from Arbitrum One at build time and refreshed daily. A balance is a balance, not a valuation, and an address is not a person: several of these are custody and platform contracts rather than individual holders.
Why it exists
The only demonstration that costs us something.
STBX runs on Stobox Compass, the same compliant tokenization stack we provide to issuers. Anyone can describe their infrastructure. We put our own cap table on ours, which means a defect in it is a defect in our own ownership record.
The same stack as clients
Not a demonstration environment and not a fork. The registry, the eligibility checks and the transfer rules are the ones an issuer gets.
An on-chain registry
Who holds what is recorded where the token lives, rather than reconciled afterwards against a spreadsheet.
Compliance inside the asset
The token refuses a transfer to a wallet that is not eligible. The rule does not depend on anyone remembering to apply it.

STBX is a security token issued by Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd on Arbitrum. It is not registered with any securities regulator. This is information about an offering, not investment, legal or tax advice, and not an offer or solicitation where such would be prohibited. Eligibility depends on your jurisdiction and is confirmed at KYC. Returns are not guaranteed, and you may lose the full value of your investment. Funds settle directly to the issuer; Stobox operates the portal and does not take custody of funds or assets.

Same ownership, different rails.
Which one applies to you is decided by where you are and how you are verified, not by preference.

What you are taking on.
This is equity in a private company. Private companies fail, and a token does not change that. Invest only what you can afford to lose entirely.
There is a path to secondary trading through licensed venues. Listing decisions rest with the venue, and until one lists it you should assume you cannot sell.
The token will refuse a transfer to a wallet that is not eligible. That is the compliance working, and it is also a real limit on what you can do with it.
The terms that bind are in the Offering Documents on Stobox Compass. Where those differ from anything written here, those govern.
Straight answers
The questions that decide it.
Is STBX a security?
Yes, and that is the point. It represents Class-C shares in Stobox Technologies Inc., issued by Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd, and it carries the rights, restrictions and disclosures of a regulated security. Treat it the way you would treat any private share purchase.
How is this different from the Reg D round?
Same underlying ownership, different rails and different investors. The Reg D 506(c) offering runs through a FINRA-registered broker-dealer for verified US accredited investors, under its own documents. STBX is a private placement of our own equity to qualified non-US investors, offered directly by the issuer.
Why tokenize your own equity?
Because we sell that stack to other people. STBX runs on Stobox Compass, the same compliant tokenization stack we provide to issuers. Putting our own cap table on it is the only demonstration that costs us something.
Can I sell it?
Only to an eligible wallet, and only where regulation permits. There is a path to secondary trading through licensed venues, and the venue decides whether to list. Assume illiquidity.
What do I actually sign?
The Offering Documents on Stobox Compass. Everything on this page is a description of them, and where the two differ the documents govern.
