Pricing
Three products, sold separately and used together. What has one price is below, and you can start on the record for nothing. The rest is priced by the shape of your company, so tell us that and the quote comes back written. The printed numbers: Intelligence Core $499/mo, a Raisable window $1,499–$6,999 with the offering documents included, $1,248 to go fully on-chain in Compass – never a percentage of the raise.
Before anything else
Stobox is not a broker-dealer and not a law firm.
Anything regulated runs through licensed firms, and where a success fee applies to your offering it is charged by the broker on their own paper. You will see that line separately from ours, because it is not ours.
Where you are
Priced by the job in front of you rather than by the product that does it. Where a number is fixed it is printed. Where it depends on the structure of your company, the answer is a written quote.

Adds
The documents and the raise, with a licensed firm in the path.
Two to twenty million, where the paperwork has to satisfy someone licensed.
On request
Adds
The token, its rules and the register on chain.
An owner who has decided to issue and wants the rules to hold a year later.
$499
Adds
The years after, and all of the above as one engagement.
Where most clients end up, priced as one piece rather than three.
On request
The figure on each card is the step itself. Tokenize is the $499 passport; going on chain adds the $749 deployment, $1,248 together, exactly as the register below adds it up.
The fee model
Flat fees are ordinary in tokenization software, and we will not pretend otherwise. What is unusual is writing down what we refuse to charge. There is no success fee here, no carry, and no cut of your raise at any layer. Where a commission applies to your offering it is charged by the licensed broker-dealer, on their own paper, and you see it separately from us.
For scale: Republic publishes a commission of seven percent in cash plus two percent in securities on a successful Reg CF financing.
The register
Seven lines have a number. Two do not, and the reason is printed beside them rather than left as a blank.

Quoted
Two lines
Every factor above changes the work, not the margin. An average price would quietly overcharge the simple case to cover the complicated one, so these two are quoted instead of printed.
A quote takes one call and comes back as a fixed number, not a range.
An annual figure can be split into half-years or quarters. Ask for it in the quote and it comes back that way.
Not on this page
Two companies raising the same amount can be a month apart or a year apart in work. A printed number would be wrong for one of them.
Building and verifying the record is priced on how many entities and assets it has to cover. That is a number you know and we do not.
Counsel, audit, custody and filing fees are paid direct to those firms. We do not mark them up, and we do not route them through us.
The figure that counts is the one in your quote, in writing. Nothing on this page is an offer or a commitment.
The quote
No call required to get the number. If the shape of your company means the answer is complicated, we say so in writing rather than saving it for a meeting.
What we ask
The quote comes back in writing within two business days, at the address you gave us.

Objections
Our lines will not be. The published figures are what we charge, and the quote adds only the lines we hold back because they depend on your structure. What can exceed the sticker is the work you pay other firms for: counsel, audit, custody, filings. The quote names those so the total is not a surprise.
Because the honest number depends on the count of entities, assets and jurisdictions, and on whether a licensed firm is in the path. Printing an average would mean quietly overcharging the simple case to cover the hard one.
Yes. The annual figure splits into half-years or quarters. Say which in the quote request and it comes back that way.
Then you stop after the record. Most clients do, and it is a normal ending rather than a failed sale. Nothing in the pricing assumes you continue, and there is no penalty for not.
No. No success fee, no carry, no percentage at any layer. Where a commission applies it belongs to the licensed broker-dealer and appears on their paper, not ours.
Verification of the entities and the asset through a licensed provider, documented as one package. It is priced from $4,950 because the work scales with how many entities and assets there are. Assembly of the record is priced separately, in capped blocks, and appears in your quote.
No. Starting on the record costs nothing and stays free. The $499 begins when you want the first working seat, and the readiness score is free every time you run it.
That case is quoted rather than listed, because per-issuer pricing on a platform is a different shape from a single company. Tell us the number of issuers and how they arrive and the quote is built on that.
Yes, and it is cheaper for both of us when it comes early. If the structure will not support what you want, the quote says so instead of pricing the work anyway.

Seven answers, and the calculation comes back line by line, including the lines this page holds back.

Stobox Technologies Inc. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, and nothing here is legal or investment advice. Stobox is not a broker-dealer and not a law firm; regulated activity runs through licensed firms. All figures are indicative and are confirmed in writing in your quote. Built with Raisable, distributed by Stobox.
