Stobox vs DigiShares

Both have served private companies since 2018 and both route regulated sales through some of the same partners. The split is what you are buying: a branded portal you assemble from parts, or one journey with the parts already joined.

Spatial render: two record structures side by side, one wide and shallow, one deep

The verdict, up front

Choose DigiShares if the product you want is your own branded investment portal, real-estate first, with the investor experience under your name. It publishes its prices, which most of this market does not, and it has an open partner ecosystem for custody, KYC, payments and trading.

Choose Stobox if the product you want is a completed compliant raise rather than a portal: readiness scored free before you spend, offering documents prepared in house, compliance the token enforces itself, and one flat fee instead of a stack of line items.

Where DigiShares genuinely wins

It publishes its prices

Most of this market does not. You can size a DigiShares engagement from their website, which is more than you can do with Securitize or Tokeny.

Your brand, not theirs

If what you need is an investor portal that looks like your company, that is precisely what the white-label tiers are for.

Real-estate depth

Eight years of real-estate issuance and a marketplace brand built for it.

Where Stobox wins

One bill instead of a menu

Setup, monthly, per-KYC, payments, custody and legal are separate lines there. Ours is a flat fee, and readiness costs nothing.

Documents prepared in house

DigiShares refers legal work to partners on your budget and timeline. We prepare the package and our specialists finalise it.

Compliance without a database

Their whitelist lives off-chain and the chain mirrors it. Ours is read from attestations, so we hold no identity documents at all.

Every claim in the left column was checked against the sources below on 7 September 2026. A figure without a date is a figure that will be wrong within months, so the ones that move carry theirs.

Questions this raises

Answered plainly.

What does DigiShares actually cost?

As published on 7 September 2026: €5,000 setup and €300 a month on Launch, €35,000 and €950 on the white-label tier, and from €50,000 and €1,500 on Advanced. The add-on menu that used to list payment, KYC and hourly rates was removed when they redesigned the page, so any figure from it is out of date, including figures we published earlier.

Is RealEstate.Exchange DigiShares' marketplace?

It is a separate brand, still in beta by their own account, and it is intended to list tokenized real estate from other platforms too, not only DigiShares issuances.

Do they prepare offering documents?

They publish a network of 80+ legal partners and state that they do not provide legal advice. Whether documents are drafted in house is not something they publish either way, so we do not claim it.

What DigiShares says about itself: the vendor’s own site. Checked on 10 September 2026.
