The AI-ready company record: every fact linked to its source document
What AI agents need from a company, how Stobox Intelligence builds it for investors, and how the same approach runs a whole company.

An AI-ready company record is a knowledge base where every fact about the company links to the document it came from. AI agents need facts with sources, not folders of files. Stobox Intelligence builds that record for investor readiness and counterparties; for the whole operation of a company, the same approach is Second Brain, my company second-brain service.
An agent that reads a shared drive can find a figure. It cannot tell whether that figure is current, who approved it, or whether another document says something different. So its answer sounds confident and cannot be checked. The fix is the structure the agent reads.
What makes a company record AI-ready
- One page per thing. A client, a contract, an asset, a person, a figure. Pages link the way the facts link.
- Every value carries its source. The document, the page, the date, and how provable it is: your own word is allowed in, and it never looks the same as an audited statement.
- Disagreements are shown, not resolved silently. When two documents disagree, the record says so.
- Nothing is overwritten. What was true in March and what is true now both remain, and you can prove which is which.
- Machines can read it directly. A structured interface, such as an MCP server, lets an agent query the facts instead of guessing from files.
For investors and counterparties: Stobox Intelligence
Stobox Intelligence applies this to the questions companies actually get asked: a register of 900+ questions across ownership, structure, financials, contracts, valuations and the asset. You hand over documents; each answer is shown to you next to its source before it lands, marked from T0 (your word) to T5 (issued by an authority). The Stobox MCP server lets an AI agent read the same verified record directly. Why that matters for agents that transact is in what AI agents need to transact tokenized assets.
For the whole company: Second Brain
Investor readiness is one slice of what a company knows. The rest sits in heads, inboxes and drives. Second Brain is my company second-brain service, connected to Stobox and built on the same discipline: a knowledge base on the company’s own storage with every fact linked to its source, agents that keep it current and flag contradictions, and a dashboard the agents regenerate. It is developed for each organization. Scope is set after ten questions on genedeyev.com.
I run Stobox this way myself. The record Stobox builds for investors and the second brain I build for a company are the same idea at two sizes: facts with sources, readable by people and by machines.
Questions this raises
AI-ready company records, answered briefly.
What is an AI knowledge base where every fact links to its source document?
A structured record of a company in which each value names the document, page and date it came from and how provable it is. An agent reading it can cite a source instead of guessing.
How do I make my company’s data AI-ready for AI agents?
Give the agent facts, not folders: one page per client, contract, asset or figure, each value linked to its source, contradictions flagged, history kept, and a structured interface such as an MCP server for the agent to query.
What is the difference between Stobox Intelligence and Second Brain?
Intelligence is a Stobox product for the record investors, lenders and auditors ask for. Second Brain is Gene Deyev’s service for the whole company’s knowledge, connected to Stobox. Both link every fact to its source.
Is a second brain for a company the same as Building a Second Brain?
No. Building a Second Brain is a method for one person’s notes. A company second brain is a record of the company, owned by the company and kept current by software.
